Abstract

In the last few decades, there is an important development in many administrative concepts, among them is teamwork and study its impact on the structure of the organizations, as well as the ability of the employees by empowering and motivating them to enhance executed tasks and meet the goals of the organization to improve its performance, the educational institutions that are led by universities also seek to use human and information resources, technology, and activating performance management for the efficient and effective implementation and emphasizing the services within the structure of its relations of the society. The current research tries to study the effect of adopting the contents of teamwork in improving the performance of organizations. The Iraqi University presidency was chosen as a field for research. The study comes up with certain conclusions among them are; working as a team helps reduce administrative costs, the administration uses modern information technology to improve its performance, there is a significant moral effect of work teams on the performance of organizations.
