In this research article, the exponential synchronization of neural networks with time-varying delays is investigated. By using the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and the improved (LKF) LyapunovKrasovskii functional with free matrix variables the stability conditions are derived. The numerical examples are shown in terms of LMI to demonstrate the usefulness of the suggested research paper.
