The promulgation of COVID-19 by WHO on 11th March 2020, erstwhile has put the world in such a gridlock situation that it has grabbed the attention of large number of scientists globally. Apparently, through joint efforts and diplomatic strategies, scientists fromall over the world had fought the pandemic in a remarkable manner. Yet, the challenges related to health, education, cyber security, climate change, national security etc. Has still gone overlooked due to incompetent ongoing international science policies among nations. This instills experts, research scholars and research sectors from various countries to take ardent steps, like exploiting research and collaboration opportunities to the fullest. Consequently, India needs to build strong science and technology ecosystem across the world so as to exacerbate Indian Science Diplomacy. This will not only assist scientist about the facts of existence regarding foreign policy and policymaker but will also make diplomats emphasize about the functions and boundaries of science in a policy. Commensurate with the above mentioned fact, the researcher has plunged in to bring the concept of Science Diplomacy- An Exigency to Strengthen the Global Ties as a conceptual dialogue in the present article that will facilitate various policy makers and educationist to frame up a curriculum dealing with diplomacy in science issues and lead India on global level in thefield of Science and Technology.
