Abstract

Organizations must become more effective in managing their human resources and operations in order to remain competitive. Human resources are an organization's most valuable asset, and they form the keystone of a prolific and resourceful workplace. Managing the plethora of functions that occur every day is really tough. The problem for the kingdom's human resources department should not be finding time to file paper papers and space to store those files. Human resources in Saudi Arabia will be able to devote time when the firm requires it thanks to Enterprise Content Management. ECM helps organizations save money by allowing them to function more efficiently and effectively. HR plays an important role in supporting strategy rollout and managing organizational transformations in Saudi Arabia's modern businesses. In this paper, we look at how Saudi enterprises may manage, store, protect, and deliver structured and unstructured data using a combination of methodologies in HR life cycle management. This helps to achieve the business goal quickly. Enterprise Content Management Solution for Saudi Arabian market will work according to the business processes, content governance and integration issues and map to track the performance while reducing IT complexity.
